Housed in a space created by the designer Philippe Stark an eclectic vision of Spain comes to life. To this challenge Chefs Jose Andrés has built a menu and staff that excel in delivering a delightful, vibrant and very enjoyable culinary experience. This has fast become the culinary sensation of Los Angeles. Three differently designed spaces all under the roof of the well-known venue of Le Bazaar: Bar Centro, for a drink or an aperitif; Rojo y Blanco, for the best of Spanish tapas, classic and avant-garde, and Le Patisserie, a café where you can sit and talk.
