This time around, A cuatro manos will host no less than twenty-two of the world’s finest chefs at García’s restaurant located in Marbella’s Hotel Puente Romano. They will come together on the night of March 19 to pay tribute to legendary Spanish chef Juan Mari Arzak of Arzak restaurant in San Sebastián.

This will be the fifth edition of this mouthwatering culinary celebration, for which the chefs will create a one-of-a-kind gastronomic homage, which will capture the most emblematic aesthetics, flavors, techniques and products associated with the cuisine of Arzak – considered one of the fathers of the New Basque Cuisine movement. Each chef will be responsible for preparing one dish to contribute to this unparalleled dining experience. To get things started, however, Dani García will be presenting the new season at his iconic restaurant on March 17, this year under the theme Arcadia, a menu that infuses traditional Andalusian dishes with a wealth of new sensations. And on March 18, García will welcome the chefs from all of his different establishments to the newest location, Lobito de Mar, where they will  create a singular menu focusing on seafood.
