A very special pop-up is about to go down that no foodie is his right mind would miss. Joël Robuchon, the chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, is teaming up with Spanish chef Carme Ruscalleda, who also has multiple Michelin stars (7 in total), to offer a dinner pop-up at the Odyssey restaurant at the Hotel Metropole in Monte Carlo during the months of July and August.
Ruscalleda was chosen for her delicious modern Catalan creations, and she will be joining Robuchon and chef Christophe Cussac to offer customers a one-of-a-kind experience. The trio will offer an exquisite selection of “magical” dishes which are perfectly balanced, feature natural flavors, and offer contrasts and different textures. Odyssey’s philosophy revolves around using the freshest and highest quality seasonal ingredients, which are then prepared while maintaining their true flavors.
Ruscalleda runs Sant Pau, which has two outposts: Sant Pol de Mar, in Catalonia, and Tokyo, Japan. She has a very unique cooking style which focuses heavily on products from the coast. She also runs the Michelin-star Moments restaurant, in Barcelona. The restaurants run by Robuchon and Cussac offer Mediterranean flavors and cater to upscale clientele.
