Everyone will be raising a glass of his or her favorite red, white and rosé next week at the London Wine Fair, which will be held from May 21st to the 23rd. This event, now in its 38th edition, promises to be bigger and better than ever before. This year it will include new and innovative features, not to mention the usual tastings and masterclasses and more than 14,000 wines from over 40 different countries.
Spanish companies know a good opportunity when they see one, and those in the know will be participating to help raise awareness about their products, raise the profile of Spanish wine in general, and network with trade professionals. The following producers’ wines will be at the fair: Bodega Tesalia, Bodegas Langa, Antigva, Bodega El Grillo y La Luna, Bodega Casa de Moya, Bodegas Laus, Bodegas Nivarius, Bodegas Nodus, Bodegas Solar de Urbezo, Castell D’Age, Celler Alimara, and Bodegas y Viñedos La Legua. Some producers will showcase their own products, while others will be placed in the spotlight by distributors in the UK.
Additionally, two premium masterclasses will be held featuring Spanish wine. There will be a Castile-León tasting on the 22nd, and a Wines of Rioja tasting on the 23rd.
