Celebrated two-Michelin-star Spanish restaurant Ricard Camarena Restaurant has moved to its new location in the city's Bombas Gens Centre d’Art, a former art-deco factory from the 1930s that has since been transformed into an artistic and cultural center by the Fundación Per Amor a L’Art, and which is located at number 54 Avenue de Burjassot.
The new space, which has been open for a month, boasts a total of more than 1,000 meters-squared – including a garden area and plenty of natural light – and has space for forty diners,.
Open from Tuesday through Saturday for both lunches and dinners, the restaurant is divided into different areas, with plenty of space for the twenty-five person team.
