Gazpacho de Bienvenida: Traditional Andalusian cold tomato soup.
Aceitunas Gordal Rellenas de Naranja: Gordal olives stuffed with orange in ""José’s Mum Isabel's"" special oregano, salt, and pepper marinade.
Patatas Bravas: Crispy layered potatoes topped with spicy tomato sauce and garlic aioli.
Croquetas de Pollo: Hot chicken croquettes served with roasted garlic aioli.
Ensalada de Remolacha e Idiazábal: Beetroot & radicchio salad served with homemade fresh cheese, pomegranate, and Idiazábal accents.
Price: AED 165 per person (Subject to 7% municipality tax).
