Situated on the ground floor of the historic ALMA San Juan Hotel, facing the iconic Plaza Colón and overlooking Castillo San Cristóbal, Andaluz pays tribute to this shared history through a culinary proposal that fuses the bold, sunny flavors of southern Spain with the vibrant, locally sourced ingredients of the island. Its menu brings to life dishes that tell a gastronomic story of centuries of cultural exchange.
TAPA 1: Pinchos morunos. Local La Ceba lamb pinchos morunos (Moorish-style skewers), seasoned with traditional Moorish spices and served over mint yogurt.
TAPA 2: La Ceba Torreznos. La Ceba pork belly torreznos (crispy pork cracklings), topped with sweet ají pepper paprika, Marcona almonds, and honey.
