OSO Art of Tapas in Schaffhausen is synonymous with high-quality Spanish cuisine featuring a modern fusion concept. Our head chef, Sergio Soria, has worked with three-Michelin-starred chef David Muñoz and combines authentic Spanish ingredients with Asian influences and modern techniques.
