As part of the ‘Eat Spain Drink Spain’ campaign, CAHS – Consultoría Agroalimentaria Hispano-Suiza is taking part as a specialist in the import, marketing and distribution of high-quality Spanish delicacies and wines on the Swiss market.
Bodega González – Grandes Vinos de España & Gastronomía Española in Ebikon (LU) will serve as the tasting, presentation and sales centre during the campaign. It is aimed at both end customers and the catering trade, specialist retailers, distributors, businesses and other professional sales channels. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the diversity and quality of Spanish gastronomy in an authentic atmosphere and receive personalised advice.
The campaign presents a carefully curated selection of notable Spanish specialities. These include D.O.P. Estepa extra virgin olive oil from Oleoestepa, the traditional handmade ‘Tortas de Aceite’ from Castilleja de la Cuesta (Seville) by Upita de los Reyes, Melva Canutera from Andalusia in extra virgin olive oil by Conservera de Tarifa, the high-quality vegetable specialities from Rufino 1949 featuring artichokes in oil, asparagus, jams, rose petal jelly, caramelised onions, chutneys and Pedro Ximénez balsamic vinegars, as well as an exclusive selection of Grandes Vinos de España.
The range includes some of Spain’s most renowned designations of origin, including D.O.Ca. Rioja (Grupo Piérola and Bodegas FYA), D.O. Ribera del Duero (Bodegas Traslascuestas), D.O. Toro (Bodegas Viña Guareña S.L. and Bodegas Cyatho), as well as a wide selection of top-quality Galician wines from Grandes Pagos Gallegos, featuring wines from the designations of origin D.O. Rías Baixas, D.O. Ribeiro, D.O. Ribeira Sacra, D.O. Valdeorras and D.O. Monterrei.
Through this campaign, we aim to introduce Swiss consumers to the diversity and excellence of Spanish gastronomy and to promote products that embody tradition, innovation, sustainability and the highest quality.
Throughout the campaign, all participating producers and brands are offering exclusive promotional terms across all sales channels in Switzerland – for private customers as well as the HORECA sector, specialist retailers, distributors, businesses and other professional clients.
All promotional products benefit from a guaranteed minimum price saving of 10% throughout the campaign period. This offer applies both to orders placed via the CAHS online shop and to purchases made directly from Bodega González.
In addition, customers who place their order online via CAHS and collect it directly from Bodega González in Ebikon will receive an extra 5% collection discount, which can be combined with the promotional offer. This means they benefit from a guaranteed saving of at least 15% throughout the promotion.
With this initiative, CAHS and Bodega González – Grandes Vinos de España & Gastronomía Española, together with all participating producers and brands, are reaffirming their commitment to promoting Spanish gastronomy in Switzerland.
