As part of this year's Spanish Wine Week events, H2G Wines will host an evening with Chef Erica Drum and Spanish food expert Blanca Valencia. Erica will prepare tapas from a selection of Spanish producers paired with 6 organic and low intervention wines from some of Spain's best artisan wine producers. Blanca will talk about Spanish food culture and give invaluable travel and food shopping tips. Colm Carter from H2G wines will present the wines and all our tapas will be paired with Sarah and Olive extra virgin olive oils.
