Sol y Sombra is very excited to be the chosen venue for an evening of Irish-Spanish Fusion in conjunction with the All Ireland Tapas & Pintxo Championships and TasteKerry.ie on Monday April 8th.
The team of chefs collaborating to deliver this fabulous 10-course Tapas and Pintxo dining experience are:

Oyvind Boe Dalelv (World Pintxo Champion)

In addition to the array of exquisite dishes, Leslie Williams, Wine Critic for the Irish Examiner, has carefully chosen and will present 6 Spanish wines to be paired with the dishes presented by this creative team of chefs.
The evening will kick off at 7pm. Tickets are €50 for Tasting Menu & Wines.
