The speaker will be Mr. Gabriel Kollár, a WSET level 3 holder. He has a 4-year career in the Gordon Ramsay Group of which 3 years were as Head Sommelier on its different restaurants (Heddon Street Kitchen, Bread Street Kitchen, Petrus and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay). He was also sommelier at the former Michelin restaurant Corrigan's in Mayfair. He is currently sommelier and wine consultant at Best Wine Distribution. He also holds a certified gold diploma from the ASI Association de la Sommeliere International and is a board member of the Slovak Sommelier Association.
