The 5th Terroir Renaissance International Wine Symposium, led by Association Internationale des Terroirs, will be held by TasteSpirit in Shanghai from November 28th. Like in the very successful 2019 edition, Wines from Spain will join in all the events of this 2020 edition: International Seminar on Terroir, Top Wineries Master classes, Grand Tasting with Boutique Wineries and Charity Auction VIP Dinner.

Due to the Coronavirus, the VIP guests will participate remotely while their wines will be sent to China in advance. The image of Wines from Spain has improved steadily during the past 2 years and the participation of Álvaro Palacios & Peter Sisseck in all the activities of the Terroir Symposium, with the best wines from their different wineries, will for sure spark another wave of appreciation for the great quality of fine Spanish wines.

At the same time, the participation of Spanish wineries joining the Grand Tasting has increased to more than 10% of the total, which will allow the Chinese market to better appreciate the quality and diversity of Spanish wines.

Time: November 29th

Venue: The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan. 1008 West Beijing Road, Jingan District, Shanghai

During the 5th Terroir Renaissance International Wine Symposium that will be held in Shanghai, there will be a Grand Tasting where guests will be able to taste and enjoy the wines from some of the world's top wineries. A careful selection has been made by the organizers to ensure that the best terroirs from all over the world are represented.

Due to the impact of the Coronavirus, the number of the participating wineries will be limited to around one hundred. More than 10 of the participating wineries will be from Spain, which will send a strong message of the quality and diversity of our wines. Also, "Wines from Spain" will showcase around ten more fine Spanish wines in a joint booth, thus reinforcing the strong Spanish participation.
