Manchester is gearing up for a three-day party that pays homage to Spain. Organized by Campo Viejo, Spanish food fans will be pleased to hear they can head to Casa Campo Viejo where they can “dive into the vibrant lifestyle of Spain through mouthwatering food and wine,” according to aboutmanchester.co.uk.
From June 21st to the 23rd, this unique experience will be available at The Loft. Promising to be an “immersive evening,” attendees will enjoy a five-course dinner, all of which will be paired with Campo Viejo wines. The meal will be prepared by Xabi Bonilla, a chef from San Sebastian with two decades of experience; he will strive to “reflect the heartbeat of modern Spain” with a selection of unique dishes, and the winery will have a wine ambassador on hand to share every last detail of the wines with guests. There will also be a special wine-blending session, allowing attendees to design and take home their own customized wine blend.
As for the venue, The Loft will be transformed “into a slice of modern Spain, featuring not only our favorite Spanish wines but also some very modern and unique expressions of some beloved local dishes.”
