Desafia Foodtech Germany 2024
Welcome to our soft landing program! Desafia Foodtech Germany 2024, an initiative by ICEX in collaboration with RootCamp, aims to foster meaningful connections between the Spain and Germany food ecosystems. This program is designed to assist startups in expanding their operations by providing international scaling opportunities. Additionally, it offers Germany industry leaders a chance to explore cutting-edge food tech solutions.
The program has these phases:
- Pre-immersion: from April 4 to May 31.
- Immersion: September 9 to 20.
- Alumni: September 25 to November 25.
For Spanish startups and small companies seeking to enter Germany, this program is the perfect fit! We will guide participants in identifying the ideal product-market fit and help them establish their business successfully within Germany food tech market. Our program offers a range of activities, including internationalization strategy workshops, sessions on Partnership development, visits to industry leaders, one-on-one matchmaking sessions, and a mentoring program. By participating, they will gain access to some of the world's most innovative technological ecosystems.
This is our cohort of 10 intrepid, disruptive, and innovative Spanish companies that will participate in the program:
RootCamp, situated in Hannover, Germany, is an innovation hub within the agrifood tech and bioeconomy sector. Our aim is to bridge the innovation gap between startups and corporate partners. Through our acceleration program, we assist international startups and facilitate pilot projects with industry partners. Additionally, we support corporates in their innovation strategies and engage in venture clienting endeavors, to bring the best solutions into the market.
This activity is included in the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), funded by the European Union through the NextGeneration EU Fund.
