"Cinco de Paco Pérez" is the first project of the Catalan star chef Paco Pérez outside Spain. Paco Pérez and his team from the restaurant "Cinco" were awarded one star from the Michelin Guide in November 2013. The name of the restaurant has been chosen with the five senses in mind, from the eyes to the tongue. "Cinco de Paco Pérez" also means the five fingers of the hand and therefore craftsmanship.
