It opened for the first time in Antigua Guatemala in 1997 and after a few years moved to the capital. Since the begining, they focused on serving authentic and high quality Spanish food. It offers a wide range of Paellas, Segovian style cooked pinglet, among other traditional dishes of Spanish cuisine. Their menu is completely spanish, and includes various types of tapas as starters like: pulpo a feira; cazuelita de lomo al ajillo; calamares a la romana. As main dishes the options are widely diverse but focused in the spanish gastronomy, including: cochinillo lechon estilo segovia; paellas valencianas; fabada asturiana.
