Roberto, Joel, Cortés and Ruben first met working together in a tapas restaurant in London. They were doing what they knew best; cooking and offering the best customer service with a very friendly approach. In January 2015 after over 7 years working together, they decided it was time for them to open their own restaurant. Along with the experienced restauranteur Ellen, they created Lobos Meat & Tapas
