PACO was founded in 2016 with the goal of bringing an authentic Spanish culinary experience to Vienna. Since then, our restaurant and the two other outlets, as well as our events team, offer a broad variety of traditional tapas, only proceed the highest quality goods and find the perfect wine pairing for every occasion. Our employees find a home away from home with us and, in the most passionate way, make our guests feel like being on vacation in Spain every single day. With everything we do, we want to honor the Spanish culinary culture and make it accessible for our guests.
