Our food is meant to be authentic, yet unique. Our visitors do sometimes wonder though; "What makes ¿Por Qué No? different?". Well the owners (and sisters) of ¿Por Qué No? frequently travelled to all corners and regions of Spain, sometimes 6 times a year. This is where they fell in love with Spanish cuisine, tasting different varieties of Tapas. Wanting to bring that taste to Indonesia, they partnered up with Spanish chef Ana Maria Martin Diaz, giving all our recipes a genuine, home-styled touch, and keeping the original Spanish zest that is in all our dishes.
