We have created a brand that is driven by color, strength, and simplicity. We have not created something old-worldly, nor is it otherworldly, it pairs the comfortable aspects of eating with a hyper-sensory context of drinking. Looking at the normal in a hyper normal way allowed us to discover a restaurant experience that we feel people crave. The food serves as a touchstone to the familiar, not trying to re-invent the wheel, a real sense of home becomes apparent. From there, a low-proof craft cocktail menu explores every corner of the pallet.
