Retiro

Retiro is one of my favourite places. A spot where we've brought a piece of Spain to Arnhem through the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the décor. What began as a dream turned into a real project. My passion for Spanish cuisine, wine, the country and Madrid — in other words, everything related to Spain — has come together in my own restaurant, Retiro. Retiro is one of my favourite places in Madrid, and I look forward to making this place feel a bit more like home.
