Uno Más - Tapas Bar Kitchen

 Type: Tapas Based on the tapas bars iconic of Mediterreanean culture, the main draw is of course the traditional Spanish cuisine. A co-creation of Priyanka Sharma and Chef Pallavi Jayswal under Nessun Dorma Food Ventures, Uno Más was conceived as a place to celebrate the full Spanish experience and everything from the menu to the space has been painstakingly designed to do just that. Their signature cocktails incorporate elements of more traditional flavours such as The Aztec - a whisky based cocktail with honey overtones or The Frenchie, a more demure vodka cocktail (which can be substited with gin on request) with botanicals and soothing chamomile. While you sip on these, try the Gambas Al Ajillo, fragrant garlic prawns in a prawn-head oil served with crusty bread, perfect for dunking. The real showstopper is the Paella De Marisco or seafood paella.  Every weekend they have performances like flamenco dancing and live music which is a rare opportunity to experience Spanish culture in the heart of Mumbai.
