This hotel and restaurant was founded by inmigrants from Asturias in 1930, being one of the oldest venues among the spanish restaurants in Guatemala. As a funny fact about this ancient place, their typical guests has to get there by horse and the hotel-restaurant then has its own stables for them, which can be appreciated yet. According to this ambience and concept, they serve traditional, homecooked Spanish food, including a menu of the day with four main dishes, a soup, dessert and coffee. The sugerences of the chef are the Milanesa de Res, the Paella and the Alubias.
