Requests and complaints must be submitted in accordance with Law 39/2015 of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Once a request or complaint has been received, ICEX is obliged to respond within twenty working days. If no response is received within this period, it will be understood that the request or complaint has not been accepted or considered.
If a request or complaint has been rejected, you disagree with the decision, or no response has been received within twenty working days, you may initiate a claim procedure as provided for in Article 13 of RD 1112/2018.
Claims may be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise (Generic Instance Form), or through the options provided in Law 39/2015.
Claims will be handled by the Undersecretariat for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, with a maximum response period of two months.
