ICEX Spain Trade and Investment, E.P.E. (hereinafter ICEX), a public business entity attached to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise through the State Secretariat for Trade, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with current accessibility regulations, Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector (hereinafter RD 1112/2018).

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.icex.es, excluding embedded content from other domains, as well as other ICEX-owned portals, which will have their own accessibility statements.

Requests and complaints must be submitted in accordance with Law 39/2015 of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Once a request or complaint has been received, ICEX is obliged to respond within twenty working days. If no response is received within this period, it will be understood that the request or complaint has not been accepted or considered.

Enforcement procedure

If a request or complaint has been rejected, you disagree with the decision, or no response has been received within twenty working days, you may initiate a claim procedure as provided for in Article 13 of RD 1112/2018.

Claims may be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise (Generic Instance Form), or through the options provided in Law 39/2015.

Claims will be handled by the Undersecretariat for Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, with a maximum response period of two months.

Optional content

This website applies the requirements of the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard, considering the exceptions of RD 1112/2018.

It is optimized for the latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Google Chrome, with a minimum recommended resolution of 1280x1024.

The site is designed with a responsive structure, allowing optimal display on mobile devices and tablets.
