From the 4th of September to the 4th of October 2026, Eat Spain Drink Spain will land in Australia for the very first time, bringing the diversity, quality and versatility of Spanish food and wine to Australian consumers.
Throughout the campaign, our partner venues — including Restaurants from Spain–certified restaurants, selected hospitality venues and retail spaces — will host tailored activations, from special menus and tastings to in-store promotions, placing Spanish products at the heart of the experience.
From Spanish favourites such as jamón, extra virgin olive oil, and preserved seafood and vegetables, to everyday pantry staples, alongside wines and spirits shaped by Atlantic and Mediterranean climates, the campaign will highlight how Spanish food is cooked and enjoyed today.
Spanish gastronomy combines tradition and innovation through time, technique and heritage, and shares a natural affinity with Australia’s food culture: open, social and produce-led, where ingredients like Sherry Vinegar or Pimentón de la Vera add subtle depth and balance.
