The International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts at Universidad Ana G. Méndez will contribute to the event with a Spanish menu designed by students in its Bachelor's program in Culinary Management on October 4 and 10. During their weekly banquet event, students will offer a unique gastronomic experience through dishes that highlight the diversity and flavor of Spanish cuisine.
