Jerry Lockspeiser is a British wine entrepreneur and founder of Vinceremos Wine and Spirits Ltd, one of the UK’s longest‑established organic wine importers and specialists, created to bring ethically‑sourced and organic wines to the British market. He launched Vinceremos in the mid‑1980s and has since been influential in developing organic and specialist wine supply in the UK off‑trade.

Beyond Vinceremos, Jerry built and led other successful wine businesses including Bottle Green, and has authored a book aimed at demystifying wine for everyday consumers.

Justin Howard-Sneyd MW is an international wine consultant with extensive experience across buying, strategy and global wine markets. A former senior wine buyer and director for leading UK retailers, he is the founder of The Hive Wine Consulting and a member of the Institute of Masters of Wine Council.

He is also a leading advocate of regenerative viticulture, serving as a trustee of the Regenerative Viticulture Foundation and contributing regularly to international wine competitions and education.

Anna Harris-Noble is a wine marketing and communications consultant with over 20 years’ experience working in the UK and Spain. She has specialized in PR, translation and marketing projects for Spanish wine producers and has headed the UK Wines from Rioja account, drawing on her WSET Diploma and fluency in Spanish.

She is the founder of Taste Exchange, a consultancy focused on multilingual wine communication and export marketing, and writes regularly about Spanish wine for industry platforms.

Alastair Smith is the Senior Food and Drinks Buyer at Planet Organic, a UK-based retailer focused on natural and sustainable products. He is responsible for sourcing a wide range of organic food and beverages, working closely with producers to introduce high-quality, sustainable products to the chain.

He has played an active role in product launches and category development, supporting Planet Organic’s mission to offer healthy and responsibly sourced options to its customers.

She also regularly moderates international industry conferences, both online and in person, focused on developments and trends in the fresh produce business.

 

Andrew Burgess - Founder – RB Organic

Andrew Burgess was born into the vegetable-growing industry and built his career as a strategic agronomist with deep expertise in organic production and supply chains. In 1997, he founded RB Organic and, in partnership with British Organic Carrots, grew the business into a leading supplier of organic root vegetables to all major UK retailers. His experience spans key European growing regions, with expertise in Spanish production, sourcing, and logistics.

Now retired from the industry, he remains active as a Trustee of the Soil Association, the UK’s leading organic organisation.

 

Hazel Hunt - CEO – Ethical Food Company

Hazel Hunt is the CEO of Ethical Food Company Ltd, a company she joined in 2003. The business specialises in the production and supply of organic fresh produce from the UK and international markets. Under her leadership, the company has strengthened its focus on quality, freshness, innovation, and transparency in ethical sourcing, while maintaining cost efficiency.

Her leadership has been instrumental in maximising positive social impact and minimising environmental footprint.

 

Luke King* - Supply Chain and Technical Director – Riverford

Luke King has 25 years of experience in the organic sector, primarily in operations, as well as in procurement and commercial roles. As Supply Chain and Technical Director at Riverford, he is responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving the supply of organic products to meet both short- and long-term sales needs.

His role includes overseeing supplier relationships, pricing, quality standards, and the management of Riverford’s own farms, ensuring a resilient and sustainable supply chain.
