We’re back stronger than ever after last year’s remarkable success!

It’s our pleasure to announce a new edition of EAT SPAIN DRINK SPAIN in Malaysia, a celebration of the extraordinary diversity and quality of Spanish food and beverages. This ICEX and Food and Wines from Spain initiative, organized in Malaysia through the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Kuala Lumpur, returns energized after the excellent results of its inaugural edition.

Throughout the festival, around 20 exclusive experiences will be shared across a selection of top restaurants and gourmet venues. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where guests can discover, learn, and enjoy Spain’s rich gastronomic culture and products.

What to Expect in 2026:

Wine tastings and wine dinners, featuring curated pairings with Spanish cuisine.
Special menus and tapas created for the occasion.
Gastronomical events showcasing iconic Spanish products.

Reaching Further

Following the positive response to the first campaign, this year the festival continues to grow. We will be present across Malaysia’s main gastronomic hubs, and in 2026 we are extending the program to additional cities, to Eat Spain and Drink Spain all through the country.

EAT SPAIN DRINK SPAIN Festival celebrates and promotes Spanish Food, Wine and gastronomy as one of the World’s most exciting cuisines.

Our partners across the nation will join in an exciting two weeks of events (18th September – 4th October) of events, bringing the finest Spanish products directly to consumers through special events and offers. The selected venues are dedicated to spotlighting Spanish products and gastronomy in Malaysia’s culinary scene, featuring renowned specialties from Spanish wines such as Rioja to manchego cheese. A delightful assortment of Spanish treats will be available for all to enjoy.

Our mission is simple: we want to show a fascinating program to educate, inspire and showcase the impressive quality and diversity of Spanish winemaking regions, foods and gastronomy.
