The gastronomic exhibition will take place at the Barceló Anfa 5* Hotel, in the city of Casablanca. Opening time will be at 2:00 p.m., and the event will conclude at 6:00 p.m. During the course of the event, local professionals will attend, and a tasting will be offered by the Spanish chef Vicente Chorda, whose menu will be prepared using primarily the ingredients provided by the exhibitors.

At 11:00 a.m., a welcome session for the exhibiting companies will be held at the same hotel, including a presentation on the food and beverage market in Morocco. Once this session concludes, around 12:00 p.m., companies will have time to prepare their stands before the start of the gastronomic exhibition.

Business meeting agendas

Spanish exhibitors and Moroccan professionals are also expected to perform business meetings on November 12 and 13, held at the professionals’ headquarters.
