Taste Spain Dublin 2025 brings an exceptional selection of Spanish gastronomic products from 29 exhibiting companies. It includes 12 selected wineries representing wines from DOP Montilla-Moriles, DO La Mancha, DO Utiel-Requena, DO Valdeorras, DOCA la Rioja, Do Valencia and DO Ribera del Duero. Elegant cavas, organic and biodynamic wines from Penedés, Pedro Ximénez fortified wines and even non-alcoholic wines will be present at the event.
In foods you will find everything from world-renowned cured hams to innovative plant-based foie gras alternatives. Highlights include ibérico acorn-fed hams, crafted with generations of expertise in traditional curing methods, premium canned fish and seafood, using traditional methods and sustainable practices, high-quality extra virgin olive oils and black truffle products.
