Spanish companies are gearing up for Gulfood 2026!

Capitalising on Dubai’s fast-developing hospitality, logistics, and tourism sectors, Gulfood has become a globally recognised business and investment platform for the food industry, with thousands of exhibitors and visitors attending every edition.

From 26^th – 30^th, February 2026, Gulfood will provide opportunities for F&B professionals to learn about the latest products and market trends and seek new collaborations and partnerships. The 31st edition will gather more than 8,500+ brands from 195 countries across twelve F&B sectors.

Participants will engage in dialogue and discussion through showcasing initiatives, competitions, awards, and live presentations. In addition, new trends and developments in the F&B industry will also be displayed and demonstrated.

ICEX participates in Gulfood 2026 with a Spanish Pavilion comprising 127 companies. Spain’s national pavilion can be found in five different locations dedicated to specific food categories:

• World Food: DEC, South Hall 1-3
• Meat & Poultry: DWTC, Sheikh Saeed
• Beverages: DWTC, Hall Za’abeel 4-6
• Fats & Oils: DWTC, Za’abeel 1
• Dairy: DWTC, Sheikh Rashid
