The Americas Food & Beverage Show & Conference is only open to the industry, making this an exclusively B2B (business to business) event. Attendees of the Show are there looking for new and innovative products to source, add to their store shelves, menus, and to wow their clients.
A great representation of gastronomy will be featured by over 800 exhibitors from more than 25 countries, along with approximately 25 country pavilions. Spain has been named the Country of Honor for the 2025 Americas Food & Beverage Show, featuring a prominent presence with around 54 exhibition booths hosted by the US-Spain Chamber of Commerce, making it one of the largest international delegations at the event. The Americas Food & Beverage Show (AF&B) is the premier meeting place for decision-makers and buyers from all sectors of the food and beverage industry across the Americas. The 2025 edition is expected to welcome over 8,000 attendees from more than 95 countries, with approximately 50% of participants being key decision-makers.
AF&B provides the ideal forum for connecting with customers, vendors, service providers, suppliers, distributors, and industry experts, offering unmatched opportunities for networking, business development, and market expansion.
This year, 2025, Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España will once again host a dynamic cooking show at the Spotlight Area during the Americas Food & Beverage Show.
As a new feature for this edition, we will be showcasing products from the Stores From Spain and Restaurants From Spain programs, highlighting the excellence and authenticity of Spanish gastronomy and retail experiences.
The cooking show will be conducted by Chef Malyna Si, who until recently served as the Chef at CAPA in the Four Seasons, Orlando, becoming the only female chef to lead a Michelin-starred restaurant in Florida. She held this prestigious role until 2024, when she decided to take a sabbatical and pursue independent projects.
Chef Malyna Si will be the official host of the daily live event from September 10 to 12, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Attendees will enjoy a tasting of exclusive tapas specially created by the chef, featuring exceptional Spanish products.
