The Spark Behind Spain’s Iconic Cava

She grew up amidst the vineyards of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the heart of Spain’s cava production. From a young age, she was immersed in the world of winemaking, often accompanying her father on deliveries and playing among the wine racks. This early exposure instilled in her a profound connection to the craft .
Her academic journey took her to ESADE Business School, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and an MBA. Seeking to broaden her horizons, she moved to Singapore, gaining valuable insights into Asian markets.
