The sign itself is an invitation to enter the world of this immense professional, passionate about art and literature: "Fogon" in reference to the Michelin-starred restaurant where, for twenty years, he made paella his iconic dish and "Ultramarinos" in a nod to the Spanish grocery stores of the 19th century.
