Ajoblanco is a Spanish Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant. The name Ajoblanco comes from the idea of gazpacho made with almonds from the gastronomy of Malaga (Andalusia) and Extremadura. The idea was developed by Chef Pablo San Román, who is in charge of the dishes together with Mexican Chef Manuel Victoria, who is in charge of planning them. Ajoblanco's specialties include fish, rice dishes, shellfish, gazpachos and their  homemade bread.
