Spanish cuisine, Paella, Tortilla - Akelarre is an Spanish gourmet restaurant with more than 10 years of trajectory in the centre of the city of Cuenca, located in the Hotel Inka. They offer a great variety of Spanish omelets and huge diversity of tapas. Akelarre serves petite plates of Spanish classics, paying attention primarily to the quality of the product and with traditional preparations, such as papas bravas (spicy fried spuds), baguette with olive oil and tomato, fried egg pant with camembert, asparagus, trout filled with serrano ham, meatballs with potatoes and vegetables and Galician squid, not to mention a delicious paella. Paella is one of their main specialties but is an only Sunday specialities, great amount of Spanish typical products imported, especially huge variety of wines with D.O. certified, cheeses and hams.All this is served in a cozy and classy interior, the decoration is from the south of Spain with an Andalusian patio at the access to the restaurant.
