ALBALUZ is a typical Andalusian name, it means the first light from the sunrise in the sea. Full of brightness and hopes. ALBALUZ was established in 2014 in Hengshan Fang, where is the Spanish historical architecture from 19 century. ALBALUZ Cookening &Tabernita is a fashionable Cookening restaurant with modern cooking concepts while retaining the original Spanish culinary essence.  This restaurant, located on Wukang Road, a popular tourist area in Shanghai, is our lastest ALBALUZ establishment in the city.
