Baserri is a 100% authentic Spanish restaurant with clear Basque influences, which are reflected in our menu. It was founded by my husband and me (Beatriz Fernandez Suarez–Bilbao) with the support of my brother, Guillermo Fernandez Suarez (Bilbao), a well-known Basque chef who served as our Chef Consultant. Together, we have created a true and honest Spanish dining experience. Every recipe on our menu is entirely Spanish, and every wine on our list comes from Spain, covering most, if not all, Spanish regions—from Txakolis to the volcanic wines of the Canary Islands. The same commitment applies to our selection of beers, gins, spirits, sherries, and sweet wines. Our Iberico meats are 100% acorn-fed, and all our products are the finest available, sourced through our trusted suppliers
