Their food is essentially a taste of Spain with a New Orleans accent. They specialize in Paella and Tapas, however, their Menu also features other delicious entrees like our Garlic Shrimp Pasta or our renown Chef Pasta. Award winning chef / owner Xavier Laurentino hails from Barcelona and grew up in Carcastillo in the Spanish Province of Navarra. In 2012, Chef Laurentino was awarded “Best Chef of Louisiana” by his peers, the ACF “American Culinary Federation” Oldest, chef driven organization in the USA. In 2013, Chef Laurentino was further awarded “Best Chef Legend of Louisiana” by the ACF.
