Its name, inspired by the iconic Spanish coffee, reflects the restaurant’s strong connection to Spain, while its décor draws on a new generation of Spanish hospitality venues. In the kitchen, traditional tapas-bar recipes are reinterpreted with subtle contemporary touches.
