The current Executive Chef, Norberto Ruiz, offers a fusion between Mexican, Spanish and International cuisine in his plates. In the menu, there are Spanish products such as iberian ham, cheeses, sobrasada and other iberian cold meats. The restaurant is located in Reforma avenue inside St. Regis Hotel, opposite the statue of Diana la Cazadora.
