The Asador Casa Damián is the most recent undertaking of this Chef of haute cuisine in Quito, it is a must for nationals and foreigners. Damián has brought to his Restaurant the combination of a steakhouse with a Spanish tavern, as well as the refined and exclusive service of a luxury restaurant: "We could say that it is a Basque steakhouse although, due to my origin, I have tried to preserve the traditions of Segovia ". The roasts of lamb and suckling pig in a wood-fired oven, Valencian paellas, seafood rice and other dishes from Spanish lands, are tasted with the highest quality of a gourmet restaurant. Flamenco and bullfighting style decoration, with multiple portraits and photographs of bullfights and flamenco festivals, Spanish music from flamenco to rumba.
