Casa Pablo, a project of Pablo Martin Delgado, is open for business in Warsaw. With chef Javier Muñoz Calero manning the stoves, this new venue is successfully serving delicious Spanish fare in the Polish capital. The mix of traditional and unique dishes on the menu is proving to be a hit, winning Casa Pablo many loyal customers. Classic Spanish options include Russian salad, Spanish omelet, Spanish charcuterie and cheeses, huevos rotos (eggs with ham and diced potatoes), Ibérico ham croquettes, baby squid in its own ink, roast suckling pig from Segovia, changurro (crab) salad, and Piquillo peppers stuffed with cod.Entrees are highly creative, and include dishes such as Mixed vegetable stew with Ibérico ham and low temperature cooked farm egg, and homemade terrine of foie gras coated with kikos and served with homemade dried fig compote and raspberry pebbles. Desserts are also top notch, and include torrijas (Spanish-style French toast prepared in a white wine syrup) and tocino de cielo (caramelized egg yolks, here served with raspberries, honey whipped cream and vanilla ice cream), among many mouthwatering others.Casa Pablo has already received good reviews of its service, décor, and atmosphere and, most importantly, its food.
