Every paella and rice specialty — including the traditional Paella Valenciana prepared to the official recipe of Sueca, the world capital of paella — faithfully follows regional methods taught by Valencian masters. The menu features 12 varieties of rice and paella — for example, Paella de Bogavante, Arroz del Senyoret, Bullit de Peix, Arroz a Banda, and Fideuà de Gandia — honouring Spain’s extensive Mediterranean rice heritage. Casa Paella is the only authentic arrocería in the Pacific, recreating the true Valencian dining experience through traditional technique, quality local and imported Spanish ingredients, and regional wines. Founder and chef Edrick Corban-Banks and holds the honorary title of Paeller d’Honor,one of only four bestowed each year by the Concurs Internacional de Paella Valenciana de Sueca, he is also Suecas paella Ambassador the Pacific, and an International Partner. He is also the first non-Valencian member of the Concurso judging committee, affirming his standing as a global ambassador of Valencian cuisine.
