A great example is El Bareto - a family business situated in the centre of Leeds (UK). The owners present this bar as a perfect place to enjoy a glass of good Spanish wine, and to get to know the true flavor of Spanish food.The food is prepared following traditional recipes and many of them are designed to share between several diners. We find tapas and small portions of patatas bravas (spicy potatoes) and alioli potatoes (in garlic sauce); pantumaca (bread and tomato, garlic and olive oil); escalivada (salad made with roasted vegetables and anchovies); Spanish omelet with onion; chorizo cooked in cider; a cheeseboard and a selection of Ibérico sausages; black pudding; griddled prawns; stuffed squid; and famous marinated anchovies.As one would expect, El Bareto pays tribute to one of the best known Spanish dishes in the world - paella. Diners can choose from seafood paella, meat paella, mixed paella with fish and meat, and a more vegetarian version - vegetable paella.
