El Ganso (The Goose) Is the new Spanish Restaurant brought to you by experienced restaurateur Ihsan Tuncay & renowned Spanish chef Marcelo Sánchez Cabrera. Head-chef, Marcelo, learnt his trade from an early age growing up with his family being fanatical about food & cooking and always in the restaurant business. He fondly remembers bussing tables at his dad’s local eatery in Valencia, a region in Spain known for its adventurous culinary approach and this is emulated in his style which also bears some Japanese & South American influence owing to his travels.
