El Pimentón

El Pimentón’s menu offers typical Spanish cuisine, based in traditional recipes and ingredients, such as garlic soup, lamb, Segovia style suckling pig, shrimp pots, Galician octopus, mushrooms with sherry, oxtail stew, paella, or sweet crema catalana. The restaurant wine list includes labels from Rioja, Catalonia, and Ribera del Duero. Head chef is Juan Espinosa, from Málaga.
