Established in the city of Quetzaltenango in 2019, it has developed very fast into the spanish restaurant most recognised in this city, being located in the historical centre. Founded by a spanish chef, who states that their menu is completley spanish. The majority of their product come directly from Spain, like the spices, the charcuterie and even the beers and wines. Their specialty is the Paella of seafood.
