The space occupies a floor on the recently redeveloped Bund 22 Property. “el Willy” cuisine focuses on Spanish traditional, contemporary tapas & rice with a fun twist. The structure of the menu follows the Chinese Yin Yang structure of a meal. All the food is designed to be shared between families and to be enjoyed comfortably with chopsticks.
